Add your RS to the gallery please when you can

Peace. Cheers & Best regards

Yeah the 4g63 in the 4,5,6 are very same to the 7,8 obviously the 9 is different because of the mivec but the pistons etc are the same so modding is very similar.

Ill add the car to gallery now.

Thanks

Thanks mate, yeah the later parts in the engine are the exact same 4-8 (except the 9 as it use mivec so the likes of cams etc are different)

So get yourself a set of 8mr cams and test them out, I saw decent gains for a very cheap mod.

For the freedom we have with importing in Ireland we pay for it with road tax and insurance.

I never noticed that, I have never had any issues and I did a full trackday and then drove over 2k km's that was about two weeks after the Rolling road day too.

Im doing alot of upgrades at present, bigger rad, bigger intercooler, 19 row oil cooler changing to BOV etc i would say, so hopefully that will keep it under check ill have a look at the temps though.

Thanks

I have decided to go chasing 500bhp so went about finding parts to try get there.

So I have bought the following parts
Setrab 19 row Oil cooler

Used Fullrace Pro-Stock Manifold

272 Cams (After inspection I think these might be BC 272's still unsure though as they are second hand and the owner didnt know what cams they where)

A front running Irish Timeattack evo was being broken for parts so I bought the head which was fully modified.
The head is ported and polished, with a set of Piper 272's with uprated springs and retainers, Piper Cam gears and Ferrea exhaust valves

I also took the HDI intercooler and hard pipes from the car aswell.

Lastly I needed to try sort out the fueling system to make sure there was no starvation when on track.

So I bought a Bosch 044 fuel pump and a fuelab filter but havent found a swirl pot to suit my application yet but its next on the list.

Jealous....very nice. What exhaust manifold heat shield is that? Looks like a bit like an ARC.
