Ebay VIII PU Do-Luck style lip install

I decided to do a little write up for those that are curious about the fitment on this ebay PU front lip.

The best thing I did that made this much easier on myself was to just remove the whole bumper.

The first thing I did was screw the very center hole to the bumper,
and work my way outward from side to side.

I had to leave one of the screws out because it was too far off.

This is one of the areas where the fitment was a little off.

This is the other area that was off on the passenger side.

The driver side lined up really nice.

As far as the paint finish that it has, isn't the best.
I'd give it a 6 out of 10
Here's a couple of the bad areas with the paint.

Once spring time comes around I might just get it painted.

But all in all for the price of $125, I'm not complaining much about the little details.

Hope this helps everybody out on their decision.

Now the hard part is trying to get one.

It comes pre-painted? I had the other style one and it came non-painted for do it yourselfers

Doesn't look to shabby though!

That is actually really good for the price. I just noticed I don't have a front lip anymore after I went out in some awesome snow fun action...LOL

This one actually looks like a DL style lip. All the PU ones i have seen on ebay look more like the varis style. Looks pretty good.

Which auction/seller did you buy it from? Do you have a link?

Currently sold out but I've heard that more gets listed here and there. You just have to be on eBay at the right time.

I was one of those lucky enough to get this cheap Do-Luck style lip. For the price, all you can really say is impressive. Sure, there's a gap but it's hardly noticeable and from a good distance, it looks really good. A lot better than my yellow duct tape holding the OEM lip (no joke, no one noticed my yellow duct tape either).

Ebay is a hit and miss. Seen great lips that fit great and seen same company lips that look like they need tons of work to make them fit.

I REALLY need to catch one of these auctions in time, as I really need one of these lips. For those of you who have installed these, I see the strips extending to the center of the car but how well do they line up with the stock under-tray?

Yes it came already painted, not the greatest job. I'll get it repainted for cheap.

How I got soooo lucky in getting it was I sent a message on ebay to the seller to let me know ASAP when they get another shipment in.
The next day I got a message with a auction number for it, and I was lucky that I was able to get it at that time.

As far as the strips on the back side I'll find out on how they line up with the under tray in a couple of days.
