looks good. after seeing the whole car i would put on stock sideskirts though and add the rexpeed carbon extensions. i think that would balance it off nicely but thats just me...i give it 8/10 overall. and nice bulldog.

Looks nice!

Is there any functionality benefits with a rear diffuser on a evo?

im pretty sure its more for looks then functionality.
but honestly, i do not know.

i bought it because i love the look it gives it. if it does in fact help at high speeds, then that is all just a plus. i do know that my car would get kind of lose/sketchy at 130+ mph. ill test it out one day and see if it feels any better at those higher speeds.

i'd say 10 for me. 2 questions, does this mount directly to a stock XIII bumper and any exhaust clearance issues?

if you ment VIII bumper, then no. its made for the jdm rear bumper. and right now, there is a little rubbing on my exhaust. it squeaks when i drive. its is very minimal though. the way i see it, i have 2 options. use a dremel and take off a little piece. (and i mean little, just a few mm.)
or option 2 which is to use some of that sticky padded exhaust wrap to put between the exhaust pipe and diffuser. other then that, there were no other fitment issues.

since it didnt come with instructions, i left a few pieces of hardware off because i have NO idea where they would go. i spend a good 45 min placing the brackets in different locations but none of them made sense. i sent a pm to rexpeed so hopefully he clears it up for me.
