Nice build should be a rocket.

I have an 05 R6 as well, by far the best year with all the extra goodies!

MD132933

Thanks for this but could you confirm the quantities of each nut and bolt you ordered.

2xMD050073 nuts for o2 to turbo studs
3xMD062961 bolts for 02 to turbo
4xMN119783 bolts for turbo to mani
9xMD132933 washers for both

You got rid of the two studs on the turbo to manifold side and replaced it with 4 bolts for ease of install/removal right?

Also it looks like your FP turbo came with two studs for the o2 housing side. You didn't replace those just bought nuts and washers for them right?

Thanks again!

Thanks man! Where did you order the hardware from? Russell from mitsubishi.net?

I just realized you are using a tubular manifold, I'm not sure I can replace the studs with bolts for a ported stocker cause the heads on the bolts are too big... hmmm I'll have to look into that but if you or anyone can shed more light on replacing the studs with nuts on the stock manifold it I'd appreciate it.

yes sir. it came out to be ALOT but id rather have OEM parts and feel safe than to be sorry later

Cheap + Fast = Unreliable
Reliable + Cheap = Not Fast
Fast + Reliable = Not Cheap

im not really sure what you are talking about with the manifold sorry.... but im sure someone can help you out
