looks good bro, dont let the doucher get to ya. If I was from Jersey and everyone thought I was a tool I'd be a bit upset as well. Deff looks diff and I think they will look great on your car. Thumbs up for doing something that other people arent. And as for the Rota debate. I'd feel more original buying rotas than advans or another top brand. It seems like everyone in the evo community has the SAME wheels. Every other evo looks the exact same. Good job bro, great work.

wow....simply..wow! they look real to me??? yup, they are round, have 5 holes for the lug nuts.... i dont think they are made out of jell-o... looks to be a solid material... yup, dont see how they arent real?!?!?!?!

Ok Rotas are fake because they make wheels that look like someone elses? There are PLENTY of wheels out there that look similar to one another. If all you have say is to get real wheels, take it to another thread.

They are wheels, they are different, good for him. Personally I think the green, orange, and pink 2k's wheel are stupid too. They don't look good, or do they? Wheels are wheels. The stock ones are just as fast as yours.

i read through this whole thread, very entertaining i must say, not feeling the blue vinyl, but it seems you have your mind set and from seeing what you can to with a rim im pretty sure you can manage to pull something crazy out of this. good luck and keep up the good work, **** the haters all day everyday. take a picture on how the car sit with the wheels on want to get glimpse of what it looks like. I use to love rotas to be honest but after encountering the rim braking from the hub i lost all hope in them. Definitely good spare rim though :]
I've had a rim break from a "quality" company before. They can break no matter where you get them from.

well it happen on my hatch most terrifying thing that happen in my life, the cop the stopped was like " this little Honda has to much power for these rims." was pretty epic lol, but your right could happen to any wheel.

4k wheels on a 30k car, people are stupid, love your idea man it looks awesome, don't worry bout haters they will always be around. You know your doing something correct when people hate on you. All this crap about rotas being fake is just a bunch of bull!! I love hade people go extreme about "JDM" when all your doing is paying more money to make your car look stock lol, JDM headlights, taillights, ect.... Definitely original. Love to see how it looks on the car. I do like the carbon fiber vinyl, never seen that before. I'm looking into Rota Grids myself, just ignore the "knockoff crowd".
Spend the money on things that are quality like the fp black and the built motor. Spend the same amount on a set of wheels is just dumb honestly even though they are really nice. Did it ever occur you can have more than one set of wheels for different thing??? I have wheels for the track and then nice wheels during the week so let him rock rotas when he wants its his car
