"Silverfish" Evo 9 MR BUILD

I’ve been working on my EVO 9 MR for the last few days and figured I’d start a build thread. I picked up the car about 6 months ago from a local dealer and got into contact with the old owner. He had an ETS 3” exhaust he sold me and a few other things. The car had a upgraded clutch when he got in and had no idea what it was. He just bought the car installed an exhaust and drove the car, had a kid and traded it in for a Honda element. My plan was just basic bolt ons but that plan didn’t last very long. I’ve found a few deals I couldn’t pass up. So the time has come to upgrade the motor and get some parts as I go. This isn’t my Daily driver any more so it can be down for a few months if needed. Here’s a few pictures of the car and I’ll be updating this thread as I go. I still need to decide on a lot of brands and parts I’m going to go with. I’ve removed the wing and love the wingless look. Feel free to add any input.

I also got the wiring harness completely disconnected from the motor and trans. Then it was time to make sure the clutch fork will disconnect without any problems. In the past I've had to unbolt the pressure plate from the flywheel because the locking ring was broken. I got it released in 30 seconds. If felt really good to know i wouldn't have to take the extra hours and fight it.

I'm going to be bold and say get a rear diff upgrade. Either TRE or Shep can do it, but it does make the car more fun when properly set up. Relatively inexpensive and pretty easy to do.
