That's the PS return line, so it's low pressure, meaning you can re-route it very easily. It cleans it up A LOT.

I know...With no AC lines over there that PS hardline is ugly! I removed the PS cooler tube on my car but still have AC so I didn't do anything with the PS return line yet...I've seen a couple different ways to clean that line up...CBRD made a line for Evodan's car that looks good...Wheatly straightened out the hardline and ran it under the motor mount...Both ways look great!
