Thanks guys. I love black cars cause nothing looks better when its clean but 5 min after its clean its dirty again lol.

And you would be suprised how many friends of ours who own shops and friends who are vendors on here talked to us like we were crazy for using a BW turbo. Pretty hilarious to see some of them are switching to them now

I was puckering up watching the CNC vid. It's sweet watching it work.
I know from experience if the programmer doesn't have the program perfect, it's either trashed cutter, part or even spindle.

exactly, we spent a TON of time on these roughly 8 months perfecting it. Wasted around 12 heads to get it just right. There will be a write up on them as soon as we officially release them. This car, and a 6765 car here we will tune today has it as well as ETS is using one on their shop 42r evo that will be running soon. We are lucky to be located close to NASCAR USA so some of the best machinist in the world are right here. Our heads are cut on the same machine as some world record holders in the Honda, toyota, F1, top fuel and Nascar world.

Haha. I bet you were. You guys are making me really wish I had the funds to build this car and slap on this FFP CNC head and some crazy turbo kit and show Colorado how its done. I think there is more Evos in Fayetteville than this entire state.

Justin,

Moving to the 1.25 A/R, is the 1.10 not going to cut it? How much spool do you expect to lose at that point? I know mid range is not the intent of the build at all but I would imagine 50PSI should be start at around 6,000+RPM with the bigger hotside, correct?

As for those who doubted the BW, I'm one of them! I'm glad to be wrong though. So far it's looking promising.

Please take video of the 10,000 RPM pulls!

Christian,

I was speaking with Geoff a while back about the setup at PRI and ever since he has been pushing me to move to the 1.25. I also spoke to Kevin@Kiggly Racing about it soon after and next thing I knew Kiggly had switched to the 1.25 from a 1.10 on his race car. Now i know the setups are different but he found no loss in spool at all and gained i THINK he told me roughly 80whp from the turbine. good thing about BW is the turbine housing is only around 125 or so, so I figured we may do back to back testing on it to check it out but obviously not alot of people in the Evo world run these turbos so I cannot say for certain what the outcome would be. We have not yet said but since the 840 pull babi has the car hitting 40psi now at 6K so I am not really worried about losing some spool it we can gain 50-60 more whp just from the turbine housing which is pretty gravy to change on this setup anyways.

I do appreciate the comment on saying you were wrong, you did give us a bit of guff about using it also lol. Thanks tho buddy.

*Update* we have been at it like crazy so I have yet to get the other pictures loaded like I had hoped. I do have them on the camera and just need to get them up on here so should be soon. Have been getting alot of PM's about the fuel setup and the turbo and questions about the Haltech so that info will be shared soon. I really wanna get one of the photo gurus around here like Soundboy to get some pro pics of the car.

Everybody have a great Mother's Day!!!

Awesome looking Evo with a very impressive combination in your build.

One of the cleanest I've seen.

Well done sir.

BTW, you need some tire shine .
