You too man! Thanks for the kind words. Its been a tough season with the car and limit track days but im glad of the accomplishments i did so far. Wish the trans/clutch would have lasted 1 more track day but hey thats racing. Now i need to figure out whats going on with this T-case lol. Cant wait till next season man its going to be fun! Congrats on your PB today as well!

I am sticking with Quarter Master for next season. Never had any problems with their clutches. The clutch has seen over 35 passes and straight abuse. It was time for a rebuilld. I just thought i could get away with a another track day or so.

Good accomplishment going that fast. That mph is sick. Something to be proud of. Well next season should put you into the 8s without question. About time to get a parachute and cage in that thing. Good luck to you next year

Devin finished the tune at the track a couple weeks ago. I plan to go to a dyno jet sometime durin the off season to see the real numbers before I switch to the 6766. I'll try to get to the dyno sometime before the end of the year

Great work joey! Like I was saying at the track, your car is almost all FWD right now. The fronts would roast out of the hole and your rears would just hang on for the ride. All you need is a hard 60 ft and 8's will happen, but not in FWD mode.

Cant wait to prep the car for next year, 2012 is going to be epic!

BTW: Just saw a video on facebook, chris just put up a video of you doing a pull getting on the highway! Are you out cruzing the car today?

Nice work this year Joey. Chasing 8's ain't easy, way to stay in it.

My advice; don't change too much over winter. Car is very dialed as is. Rebuild the diff/tc, refresh the clutch and add a NLTS setup to the ems.

Its easy to start waterfall of mods that will have you dialing in the car all season again.

She's been doing work all year. She needs a detail

 

You did very well this year Joey for as much stuff as you went trough and still managed to keep your head high and persevere. True dedication bro!! Now you have something to look forward to for next year! Consistent 8sec passes

And yes sirr i had the Junk Box out on the streets today. Took it for a cruise to snap some pics and take a little ride. Car drives so smooth on the street. Car spins in 3rd gear even on the Nitto 555R drag radials Car is running perfect and an absolute blast

Thanks Bud! Trying for 8s is very hard. I just been through so much with the car this season that set me back and limited me track days. Wish there was no snow/winter in Chicago Car had been running great for the past few weeks and just simply ran out of time.

Going to make some changes over the winter and ill be making a post! Car does need a good detail. It will be put away for awhile, but we will talk about that detail after the 1st of the year!

Thanks Jason for the kinda words! Def was some problems this season that had set backs but im happy the way it turned out this season. Next season will be epic for sure for the both of us! First track day 8s right off the bat is the goal!
