Official "STANCED" Evo Thread
It was just hacked up, and poorly put together. Yeah that car made crazy power and was super clean, but I heard of him going through like 4 blocks and 5 transmissions or something. I was lied to a lot about stuff on that car. Also he ran straight water instead of 50/50 Mix. I went through 2 starters in a week (and actually broke one of the mounting ears off the starter itself) the IACV was bad and not even hooked up. Plenty of ****. Had a bad battery. The JAM 2.3 was poorly maintained. Had head lift and cut 2 grooves in the head and the entire engine was rusted out from straight water in the block. It was like one thing after another. A tire rubbed through one of the ABS sensor, that caused the 3 active diff lights to light up then blink after I started driving. So selecting from gravel, Tarmac, and snow was impossible. Edgar promised me it was normal with running MOTEC. I fixed the sensor and it went away. Just so much **** that reflected bad on him as a person. I would ask questions trying to learn the background of the car and he always got an attitude. I was told by Edgar that the car was built by TSM. when it was originally built by SSP, and too speed only tuned it. Then was on YouTube and found the car getting worked on at mainstream. So many problems. So many lies.

Forged screwed him over when he first got the car the first time. Yeah I have no opinion on that but that sucks. I assume any evo purchase especially when modified like that is a a pile of problems.
