So after owning a few hondas 2 rhds and building them up i decided it was time to part out
and get into an evo something i've always wanted to do. So i sold my rhd dc5R to fly to michigan
to buy this evo 8 and drive it back home worth the trip i wanted WW but settled for apex silver.
Here's how it went from then till now and some shots of my other cars i had.

put some evo7 tails

put vortex generator, visors,and evolution badge in the rear took it out to play in snow

test fit CE28s

some SLR shots



installed some goodies

bought jdm rear bumper

got my fpg in a while back

a few days later Ets made a visit

then got some hks 272 cams


installed I/C my self

took my front bumper to the shop to get a nose chop

i also took jdm rear bumper to get painted

And as of right now this is what the evo looks like right now

 

I remember drooling over your hatch on honda-tech. We both have moved on to bigger and better things my friend!

i hope you did not install those cams yet, becasue they look like there is some rust on the lobs...take them to a shop and have those cams inspect it, because from the pics they look like there is rust on them.

 

Looks great so far! It looks like you only put quality parts in the cars you own. You made perfect choices on the turbo and intercooler. That being said I would HIGHLY recommend a different choice of cams. Not only do they not look to be in very good condition but if you search around you'll find that there are much better options. ( GSC, Kelfords)
