What car alarm do you use?

What car alarm do you use?

i'm in the market for a car alarm and dont' really know what to get. i'm looking at the viper 690 (i think is the number?!) but i ono

opinions? suggestions? prices i should be expecting?

i want the paging type of alarm

hrmm

hornet its a paging alarm, they're all made by the same company, just your paying for the brand name, they even use the same components

i have the 690xvr and its pretty dope. No lag like some of the older paging alarms and has pretty good range.

I use a compustar 2 way alarm.
Alarms are really annoying if you ask me and this thing is no different. But just cause its annoying doesnt mean its not worth it. Actually its also a manual transmission car started

It does however make me feel safer at work knowing that if some idiot backs into it ill know the second it happens. Its more of a feel good item.

Remote start on the other hand.... its da shiz

o yea btw it cost me around 700 installed for the alarm and started... Both were seperate. And the starter requires you to implant 1 of your keys into the car because of the chip in it
