Thanks! That's actually how I got the car, I was always under the impression they were stock, I have the cover on most of the time so never really notice them. I don't know if it being a JDM Evo has anything to do with the color of the wires?
I have a used set of the ralliart ones for sale. If they don't go locally we can talk via PM if you like.

Thank you!
Next set of mods will include a re-tune now that I have changed out to an Evo IX turbo and a Curt Brown Racing ported exhaust manifold. I am also changing out my HKS filter to this:

I heard the HKS in restrictive so I want to use something else before I re-tune!

I got some Evo VII tails:

I always loved them but something is missing on my car so don't think I'm keeping them on. I need a JDM IX rear.
Here's a comparison:*

Here's the look I'm going for:

I have yes.. I have a spare set of of USDM ones that I wanted to try but haven't gotten around to it yet. As far as the grills, I wanted to get a set of some OEM ones, I don't like what this grill is made out of and I'm not sure how it would look painted black.

Ordered a Perrin air filter instead of the K&N. I'm pretty sure I will have to make room to fit it though because of my intercooler sprayer bottle being in the way (I think I may just remove that because I don't use it.) If it's still too long I'm going to have to buy another intake pipe as well. We shall see when the filter arrives!
Next set of mods I am not sure. As far as power mods I want to do cams, but I've decided to do springs, retainers, head studs, head gasket, timing belt etc etc all at the same time so I need to get some funds together to get those products!

Got the Perrin filter today..

Didn't think it would fit with the intercooler sprayer bottle at all but it did, I'm gonna take out the bottle tomorrow though because I don't use it and it's in the way a bit.

time for a re-tune. Also feels good to not have a radiator fan always on haha, fan control module was bad!
