Head light Air duct...

Well Ive seen a few Evo's out there with the Ducted headlight and with no fog lights in my headlight housing seemed like the right thing to do.. so Here it is Just finished I will Have better pictures and possibly a how to in time as I photographed with the intentions to.

one of the cleanest headlight ducts i have seen. well done!

did u do a before/after logs of this mod by any chance? would be interesting to see the gains.

did a blind man dremel that hole for you? love the idea, but man is that circle not circular.

Not sure what that is but no overlays... tinted head light.

yeah the air tubing is cut at an angle due to the headlight cover angle, so to get the tubing to be fully functional cut the hole to where the tubing touches the headlight cover leaving a seemless air duct.. not meant to be a circle... it's like elliptical..

I don't but I don't know if its simply the weather cooling down in phoenix az right now or the head light duct, but the throttle response seems to be quite better starts pulling when you touch the throttle compared to when the turbo spools.

looks good bro, with the duct there did u take out anylight or was that just empy space where u made it in? and does it deliver directly to where the filter is

Yeah sure its meant to be "elliptical" but if you pay attention to detail you can get it looking "elliptical"

Now that is clean. I like the OP's as well but the split tubing is the only drawback. I still think it looks very well done

Who are "these people"? Are they a vendor here?

Both look clean. I prefer EvoVII example

^^ I just google images of "Evo headlight duct"..... Those were the best examples of "elliptical" ducts.... Im guessing these are evodave examples....

However, ppl have also tried other shapes.....
