Btw, how are the gauges going to stay on the panel? will there be some kind of adhesive or bolted on?

think there is any chance of possibly molding a type of sunvisor thingy on them? just make it so its more visable in high lighting....

VDO and Autometer sell dimmer rings that will fit on standard 2 1/16" gauges. They don't look too bad. I used them on my WRX.

 

Craig I need an update on the progress of the mount. Im planning on buying the Defi BF guages 60mm .... Theives broke into my car and destroyed that front face plate. So I am waiting upon when this panel will be available. I emailed you to put me on the list.

 

ordering my BF gauges today! Cant wait for this to go on my car.

 

Serge where did you get your bf guages from? I know gruppe-s has a deal... boost,egt,oil pressure and control unit for 795. it includes shipping.. just wanted to know if you got a better price than that and where?...

 

johnjonfenommeno- The first run will be ready next week, which will be about 5 or 6 panels. I can only make one a day for now until I make more molds or sub out some of the work. After I post some pics of the finished product I will contact everybody on the list and ask for a deposit. This will secure your place on the list and give you a rough idea when to expect your panel to ship.

i got my gauges from www.z1auto.com Adam is a good guy, and hooked up the GB for evo 7 tails, so i figured i would start sending him my business.

As for the gauges, I went through z1 also, Adam has been super good to me and I think his service is very courteous as well as professional. Give him a ring, he'll answer any questions you have.

and 3rd, anyone please post a side by side pic of a 52 and a 60mm gauge, I want to see the difference, I have 52mm right now but I want them bigger "just a little" do they look too big?

The part # for the relocation kit is MZ598263EX, not sure about the stickers though.

If anybody wants to pre-pay now that's fine but it doesn't change the order on the list.

As stated earlier I will post some pictures of the finished panel so everybody can see exactly what the panel will look like. I will then give everybody a couple days to respond and send in a deposit. Whoever doesn't respond will be dropped from the list. As soon as the build list is revised I can give each customer a shipping date. I know some of you at the end of the list may be waiting for a few weeks but I can guarantee it will be worth it. These panels are very labor intensive, in a few months I should have a few stocked up and ready to ship but for now I can only make them one at a time.
