STM's Project "Ultimate Street Evo?"
Wow very nice. looking at that graph VS the ricers graphs is interesting.
what are the differences in the 2 cars that netted this car to spool up extremely harder and make basically the same HP?

The Ricer having a larger intake mani compared to the Skunk2, and a Forward Facing setup (The RS is STM's Standard placement kit for A/C) would be two major factors in spool for sure.

I thought it looked too small to be a 6766, but I guess it makes since that it would be considering the power it's making. It was an honest mistake.
A ff kit would have to spool up much quicker then a standard so that has nothing to do with it IMO. The intake mani and tb yes but it seems to still make nearly the same topend power. Ifthat's the case I'd guess the ricer would also use the s2 intake.
Yea I kinda wondered that my self

A lot of things come into play for spool up. These pulls that made 770 were done in 4rth gear on the RS and Ricer made 870+ in third. The top end in Ricer makes way more power. Other than 3rd and 4rth gear being used there are still a few things different.
Ricer has / RS has
DI intake / Skunk2 with STM portwork
.5 over valves / Stock size
3 inch IC pipe / 2.5 inch
FF kit / standard facing turbo kit
No air filter / KandN filter
Lighter wheels/tires / about 20 lbs heavier wheel and tire package
Light weight brakes / Stock size brakes.
I'm sure there is even more that come into play but the different gears used on the dyno are the big things.

Whomever asked Emery is using some e85 he had sitting at the shop, and also for his weight reductions i bet if you took your car to him with a check and said make me this or that he would no problem....Some builders/tuners need to keep their secrets and all....
