I've posted this before but got no response. I need to adjust the shift boot for my new shift knob. Does anyone know how to remove the shift boot?

you have to take the panel off and undo it from underneath

 

You cant adjust the shiftboot height. just leave it as is.
!) REMOVE plastic srews loacted on each side of the center panel.
2) Take off the screws inside the armrest

Be careful when taking off the shift boot coz you can easily break the plastic that connects to the shift boot ring that is attached to 4 metal locks.
