Just bought a 9MR and enjoy the interior, except for the hideously cheapo vinyl shift boot. I was wondering if anyone here has purchased a shift boot from redline goods? Is it high quality, and was it shipped in a reasonable amount of time?

Yes, please let us know...That el cheapo vinyl boot looks horrible...Fair price too, does the red stitching come standard? (meaning, can I order it without? it is all too reminiscent of a type-R Honda)

 

Just installed one yesterday. Black with grey stitching. Nice quality and fitment. Took about 30 minutes to remove the center console and install new boot.

How long did you have to wait for it?

 

I've actually had it since April. Bought it for my silver VIII, but it was totalled before installing. I think it took about 2 - 3 weeks to get it. If I'd have known I was going to be driving a IX, I probably would have gone with red stitching to match the Recaro logo.
