I vote you do the wiper linkage in Ti. Imagine the efficiency of those things.

I think there is a spline on the wiper arm... pretty difficult to duplicate. Don't worry... I did think of that

what happens to titanium over many heat cycles? Is it better than steel when it comes to handling lots of heat cycles over time? If so, a TI d/p/ test pipe/ cat back might be useful for tremendous weight savings

Purged it with Argon.

#12 cup with a 1/16 ceriated tungsten.

My filler wire is .030" CP Ti IIRC.

set my peak amperage to 50amps...I don't think I exceeded 30amps.
