My shoot attempt

Im trying to get better with my camera (Sony a330) and editing, so here are a few different attempts, comments welcome

Those look really good man Better than I can do haha. What lense did you use for the close ups, and which editing program did you use?

thanks, for most of them i used a sony 50mm f/1.8 and a only 2 or 3 with kit lens 28-85mm and edits done in light room. I think i really need the 35mm 1.8 for car shots

thanx, i would love to have a nikon next, but for starting off the sony is not bad just takes some work

Photos look nice. And the 1.8 looks like it's doing a fine job. Don't worry about what you're shooting with, just shoot a lot. The cameras are all very capable of shoots like this, it's when you start shooting motorsports that you may determines specific needs of faster focusing, less shutter lag, and lenses with more reach.
