APR Overfenders

I had a question about the apr kit.Can the jdm 9 rear bumper bolt up to the rear overfenders or is it to narrow? Also is it the same thing for the front?

well, im sure with enough work and fiberglass it can be done, but out of the box nothing will match up...

EDIT: apr kit is 45mm wider on each side...
