A few quick pics of my new LED tails

Personally, I think it is silly to argue about cosmetic preferences, similar to debating "blonde vs brunette". Functionally, LEDs are safer, and turn on faster. Thats a scientific fact. Personally I prefer a very colorful, monochromatic hue that LEDs have over the factory incandescent bulbs. I also notice your tail lights have no LED reverse, which is dissapointing to me personally.
I was unable to find an aftermarket manufacturer that meets my rigorous design and cosmetic wants/needs. This is why I build my own lights by hand.

While I will be the first to admit that these are cheap LED tails, the stereotype of having LED lighting on crappy vehicles isn't what it used to be. A lot of OEM's are using LED lighting on new vehicles because of the long life of the diodes and low energy consumption. They might not be the best looking in the world, but I like the subdued, monochrome look of it compared to the originals.

What's everyone's opinion on these?:
I kinda like them better, especially with a smoked lens, but there's no way in hell I'm going to pay $2,300 for a set of tail lights.

I'm not too big on the reflectors either... But seeing how it's a legal/safety issue I had to put them somewhere. I figured by placing them by the license plate that they wouldn't be too obtrusive to the rest of the look of the car.

The contrast is what I was going for. White car, tinted windows, black vortex generator, carbon fiber on the wing, CF front lip, CF air ducts, and CF mitsu emblems; black wheels, black UK emblem, and smoked side markers. The rest of the car is a black and white color scheme so I like how the tails work with that.
