Mine is pretty dirty. I recently blew the tranny so there's oil everywhere haha. Best thing to do is take it to a detail shop that cleans the underside of cars. They will usually put it on a lift and then steam clean it or just use solvent and a pressure washer. Either way it'll look really good once it's done. I'm doing mine soon.

"Chassis Saver" maybe? From what I read online you can apply it to metal that already has surface rust and it will seal and not allow it to rust further. But its recommended to brush off with a steal brush all the rust flakes etc...

is there something you can spray to a new undercarriage to prevent the rust in the 1st place? maybe those who get snow where they live can look into that

I think you can go to a certified place and get a protective coating on your underbody.. They spray it on with a machine or something..

Dude, your '03 is basically pretty normal if not better than normal honestly for the year and mileage for being in a N.east state.

Dont cars usually come with some kind of coating from factory? I was reading that if a dealer offers you to do an under coat it is just a waste of money since it already comes from factory
