That's true for low quality leather. Leather in my moms X5 kicks ***, doesn't get too hot or cold and it's so soft.

Now, I feel very sorry for the retarded cow that had to die to make the leather in my 99 GSX, dear lord that leather sucks.

But for sport cars, like exhaust_note said: cloth> leather

is leather gonna be an option, or is that standard in '04's now and no more cloth Recaros?? i don't really mind since i have Bride's, but i'm just wondering.

leather is cool. keeps odors out. doesn't stain. the bad is it cracks and tears over time.

when i was first looking at evos one dealer had leather in their 03 showroom car. it was something like a $1200 option.

Note to poster. Next time put a ? mark with your topic if you do not have pictures. And if leather is so bad for a sports car why the hell does the GT3 come with leather seats.
