Thought I would share a few pics. I took the plunge & had a full carbon wrap done, I know it's not gonna be to everyone's taste but I think it's awesome....

 

that actually looks pretty good. how much did it run you?
is it me or some views make it seem like it doesnt color match? ie the doors etc. might be the angle.

 

Is the car lighter now? lol jk It doesn't look that bad to be honest

I wasnt expecting to like it but it looks surpisingly really good... Almost flat back in certaij lighting and cf really comes through in the light. Nice job

A picture freezes it at that exact moment but seeing it in the flesh & different light conditions it seems to be ever changing. What you might see when it's parked somewhere, you won't see when it's parked somewhere else, it's weird but in a good way.

In the 3rd pic down for instance, it looks like there is a large crease just above the wheel but I didn't see it when I took the pic & I can't see it now, there is no crease, only in that pic.

The only thing so far that I have a gripe about is that it's a magnet for dust & fingerprints. It definitely looks best in sunlight I think, unless you prefer the matte look. Time will tell how long it lasts.

I paid £1750 to get it done professionally, using Hexis wrap.

 

Nice.Must have a nice weight reduction. Different. I like it. Honestly I would do the same to my OZ Rally 2004 that converting to an Evo 8, well look anyway. If I had a garage to keep my car in, I would do the same, especially for Carbon Fiber.
