thats really tough to do but ill help ya. you can lightly sand with 2000 grit sand paper until the scratches arent there or less noticeable and then use some satin clear coat after to cover the sanded spots. you can use a heat gun (really take your time) to melt the scratch but its really risky and you have to know when to stop applying heat before it melts to much and gets shiny.

some interior upholstery shops can possibly help, or if its impossible to repair they can re-cover your dash with some leather or alcantara.

Depends what you scratched. The textured surfaces are hard to match. 2000 grit sand paper wont do it. If you scratched the radio bezel, just replace it- they are 35$ new. If you scratched the actual dash there are special texture its you can buy but i don't know you will make it unnoticeable. You could always consider covering the dash with suede or flock it.

Is the black textured dash part to the left of the silver radio benzel. Its not a deep scratch or very very noticable, its a couple fine scratches. I have no idea how it got scratched since i was very careful taking out but the damage is done. I know im not gonna be able to make it dissappear completely, but anything to make it better would help. The hair dryer fix its just to risky it seems to try, probably cause more damage trying it that way

I work at Toyota and sometimes these things happen. If they are light scratches what I do, and I know this sounds stupid, but take the black cap off a regular sharpie marker and use the tip of the cap to lightly rub on the scratch. It will smooth down the scratch and basically blend the scratch color back into the dash without messing up the grain since the cap plastic is softer. It won't completely eliminate it but it will minimize it to the point of not noticing. It works on lighter scratches, not deep ones, and takes a little patience/practice to do it smoothly, but it works.

I dont think you can really fix it completely without replacing. One of the bummers of owning a car with plastic interior.

Your stuck with it my friend. Some people have tried using heat guns to blend the color, but in my opinion you'll just make it worse. Replace dash, or put a sticker over it

And in the future place masking tape over areas where a screw driver might slip and scratch something.

These dashes scratch very easily. I used magic eraser with some success. It will blend the scratches, but do not overdo it.
