my Blood money build
I have been trying to save up some money for year to do a few things to this car, but being married and having a kid and 2 expensive dog didn't leave me with much money till I found a place where I could donate plasma for cash and help those in need.
I was not trying to build anything crazy but looking to make at least 400hp and run E85.
Mod list:
Evo 9 tutbo
HKS 280 cams
ETS 3.5 FMIC
FIC 1450cc injectors
Fidanza cam gears
FP 84mm compressor cover
APR headstuds
Detchwerks 200 fuel pump
Gruppy S panel 60mm
Radio relocation
Depo digital boost gauge
Depo digit oil pressure gauge
52mm to 60mm gauge adapter
Cusco oil catch can
ported exhaust manifold
ported hotside
Modded EPM O2 dump
Mishimoto radiator
Do-luck replica PU lip
Here was the previous setup until Sears messed a few things up.

And the mountain of parts to go on

crappy glow shift gauges replaced with gruppy-s and depo racing digital gauges

valve cover wrinkle black with awesome house smell after baking it

old stuff out

stock cams out

Fidanza gears and HKS 280's in

test fit turbo setup EPM and licp fit perfect

fuel pump in

decided to clean up the TB a little and replace the biss screw and o ring with a new one

injectors done and fuel rail wrinkle black

all done

first start up

Issues so far:
-OEM doughnut gasket does not fit EPM dump (might have fixed it with a ton of copper rtv)
-mishimoto radiator cap seems to be leaking (gonna replace with oem)
Props to MadMsheen for the tune and supporting companies these parts

You modified your car with money made from donating plasma from your blood? How much did they pay per donation?
I've never heard of that before.

+1 on how much do they pay for plasma...lol. How bad does it stink to bake your valve cover? I've wanted to do mine wrinkle black but am hesitant to bake it.

60 a week if you go twice or else its 25 each time. the smell wasnt crazy bad its need to bake for an hour at like 200 so wait till woman is asleep then do it with fans on to suck it out the window. you could always paint it then wait 48 hours for it to dry then install it and let it cure on the car
