License Plate Bracket - universal

I've been trying to look for a way to mount my front license plate without leaving holes in the front. I live in Cali so its almost a must. I came across this on ebay and wanted to know if anyone has it o has other suggestions other than to 3m tape it. BTW with 3m work with the stock bracket and be strong enough to hold

Even if I take off the holder you will never see the holes

I have the same bracket on my car as the original post. Drill the holes for the bracket, you won't see them even if you take it off at a later time because they are under the bumper.
