Help car needs makeover

Imterior is really good, exterior although has no demts it needs help in the paint department. Scratches and paint chips everywhere. How can I get this gem out the dirt? Recomendations?

Obvioisly im not here for the obvious answer. I dont have thousands to spend on a good paint job.

You can plasti dip it. Although I don't like it on cars others find it appealing. That's a cheap alternative to paint. .

This is what I'm doing. I have rock chips out the *** so instead of painting this year, I'm buying all motor mods and plasti-dipping then in a couple years I'll get a full restoration/paint job. I'm going flat black
