I have some pics of the lancer wing on my car, took it off didnt like, was on the car when i bought it, put on the evo wing took it off, now iam wingless like it alot better. Only thing is I have a hole in the middle of my trunk from the lancer wing. but i can post some pics of it with the lancer wing if you like.

Was just for a day. I prefer the wing.
What if you had a quick release mechanism of some sort for the drag strip blast...?

 

Are the wingless trunklids available through a dealership or would you have to go through a bodyshop? I would like to keep my wing on the stock lid incase i sell the car in the future.

 

i called the dealer, and they want like $450 for the trunk, plus another 400+ for paint.

not worth it.

got to try and find a trunk off a lancer in the junk yard, i guess. or a carbon fiber one if you like those.

 

I'm starting to like to wingless look especially with a nice drop and some aggressive 18in wheels like Works emotion's or advan rg2's

 

I love the cars guys. I want to take my wing off but not til i get a new cf trunk i don't like the idea of putting vinyl over the holes. it annoys me. but could you guys do yourselves a favor and either clip your antennas or by the shorty. It takes five minutes and a pair of wire cutters. It makes your car look a lot nicer from the rear. just my opinion though
