Smile been missing for a while, but back with some updates!!

Hey guys! Haven't been on here in quite some time, but the cars been under the knife the past few months and things are looking promising! I've finally corrected all the damage Al@dynoflash did to my car, and its just about ready to run! Shes currently in my garage getting a new engine harness put in. I had bought one of the Chasebays harnesses and it turned out to be total garbage, so I'm on the look out for a used oem one. Still needs tons of work, but we're getting there.

/r/evoporn

my evo had been tapped in the front by the previous owner. seemed like a good excuse to do something like this...

excuse the headlights. only the passenger one belongs to me. I'm in need of a driver headlight if anyones got an extra

while we were in there, it seemed like a good idea to remove & replace the q-band flanges, which were rusted and would almost definitely cause headaches down the road

TAADAA!!

now for the radiator and intercooler. I wanted to do something a little different than the typical forward facing setup with a 1/2 rad. I decided I'd keep a full size radiator because I enjoy going to car shows with my euro friends in the summer, and I didnt want to be overheating in new jersey or maryland traffic. I ended up using a rad from an S2000

DONE!!

on her way home

sitting pretty

Big thanks to Brian@dynotech & jamie@dynotech. I've never once had a good experience with a performance shop until now. Their work is awesome, customer service is great, always has updates or pictures when you ask, etc. Great people.

I love it too. Simple and understated. Goes completely unnoticed unless you know evos, and you know its not a stock color. I've been thinking of moving back to stock BBS's so the car retains more of a stock look. I think it'd look awesome.

Clean build indeed. The color is on point! Just out of curiosity, do you rear tires eat up your rear bumper under full compression? Mine is slowly showing its shape lol

my rears are pulled so I dont get any rubbing. Did you move your bumper bolt from its original location yet?

Got the harness and the magnus map adapter so we can run with an omni 4 bar and make the tune a little simpler. Once its in she'll be on her way back up!! thinking about moving to 2150fic's too...

I'll be working on the vehicle all weekend preparing it for tuning and such. Probably going to give her a deep clean too. I'll be sure to get pics!
