Front Evo Emblem

its held on by the 3m tape like the rest of the badges correct?

i know it will leave an indent , but i saw a wrecked evo without the emblem and personally i thought it looked great without it ( even though it was wrecked )

anyone take it off? it was a blue by you in the wrecked thread.... i wanna see what a non-wrecked evo would look like without one.

ohhh. I thought you were referring to people who've put the lancer badge in the grill, but that didnt make sense so i assumed you were talking about the entire triangle where the symbol is included. Has anyone actually taken the bumper to a shop and had the entire grill triangle removed? i know there is a photoshopped pic of it but has anyone done it?

I was thinking about painting it black. I wish I could get the whole triangle removed.

What's up Chris?

i removed mine to have the clear bra put on. it does stick on, however, be CAREFUL with it. the center is very fragile and will probably break. unless you don't want to install it again, then, who cares. there are several holes in the bumper behind it for the small pins on the badge for locating purposes. not to mentiont he recess in the bumper for the badge. i wouldn't remove it. a new one will run you around $30 from the dealership.

Someone already made the front and rear emblem red, but to be different and to match my blue wheels, I had to put blue. Turns out to be cool for me. I know its not for everyone but I like them so much.

I actually like whats happening to solarxclipse's car now. I hated the blue rims, but I think it's coming togther a little bit. IMO, I think you should leave the baage in the bumper or else it will look like someone gried ripping it off from you lol.

yeah it was your car i didn't realize there was little holes holding on the badge though as mentioned above , i thought it would just be stuck on with the 3m tape like the other badges.... are the holes that noticable?

the holes are pretty small, i think there are 3 of them, 1 in each corner. about 1/16" or so.
