I found and ordered this today. A place over in Thailand called Rally Tech makes a full evolution 7 thru 10 stainless steel engine bay bolt kit with anodized washers. pretty neat looking, and pretty cheap for the quality/quantity id say.

Not terrible, but they're overcharging. Those are just flat washers that are anodized. Looks fantastic, but personally I'm a fan of the tapered washers and finishing washers similar to what PWJDM and others offer
