I'm thinking about wrapping my evo black chrome. what do you guys think?

Just my opinion, but I think it's a downgrade. Your car looks better as it sits than it would with a chrome wrap. I'd consider another "black" wrap or even matte black would look better

 

Looks pretty good for vinyl wrap, definitely different.

 

this is another "black" wrap--chrome black lol. the paint on my car isn't actually in great condition is why I'm considering other options.
my original choice is satin black, but satin/matte black is sooooooooo played out right now. I'm wanting to try something a little different. I'm willing to experiment a little with this new color. if I don't like it, I can just rip it off
