dvd headunits...

im looking for a dvd headunit right now... i saw a alpine one that showed EGT and Temperature on the screen.. here's a link...

anyways... do you guys know whats a really good dvd headunit? something not insanely costly... post a pic of your headunit if you got one..

max $1500... i would like to pay ALOT LESS THOUGH.. Like $800... can i even get a dvd headunit for under $800

you can get this clarion here for about 1500 installed around here its definately worth it the brain box is built into it saves alot of time with wiring and looks a lot cleaner you can get it off the net if you look around for about 1200 im getting it put in about 2 weeks http://www.clarion.com/usa/product/i...oduct=VRX745VD

check ebay......you can get alpine ivad900 for around 1300-1400. retail for 2300. that's what i'm getting.

kenwood kvt715
kenwood ddx7015
pioneer avhp6500
clarion vrx745

all of these retail for 1500 and below. there's plenty out there for decent prices. just look around

*BTW....any screen/head unit can display gauges like that.......all you need is a stand-alone to set it up and an a/v input on the screen. not that hard

ive got a pioneer 6500, has inputs for electronic guages. its pretty nice, ebay for 1000 or less
