I do not remember what they weigh. I will try and get that info for you. I just remember picking them up and saying how deceptively light they weigh. I will post the info when I have it.

I think people probably just have a bad attitude about them since you see them in a lot of show cars (and a lot of times those are fake ones.)

Nice car, I give you credit for actually enjoying it on the track. I've never seen the Voltex Cyber Street lip painted body color like that before.
This is probably true. I just checked takatas website and apparently they now offer 6pt harnesses(well they may have offered them for awhile I just now found out about it) and they are being manufactured in Germany and they meet all FIA regulations which is F1 status. So perhaps I will stick with Takata .

And thanks it has been a lot of fun. I also wanted to try something a bit different to see how it turned out. Honestly I probably would have preferred it unpainted, but maybe next time I will switch it up.

I posted some info and pics in another thread in the drivetrain section. But here is a pic for you. And the info of what I used is in the first post. The line in the front is plugged back into the feed port of the tranny so we could mount the cooler then that line went to the cooler and the another line from cooler to the feed port of the tranny. I would recommend you use an industrial grade pump with gears instead of a pump that needs cooling. If you do use a pump that needs cooling then I would route the lines differently. You would want the line that comes from the oil cooler(after the oil has ran through the cooler) to be routed to the pump in order to get the coolest oil to help cool the pump. Also I mounted it where I did cause my under tray shields it from the elements. If you do not utilize a under tray then I would either build some sort of shield around it or mount it elsewhere from the elements. I would ONLY utilize the oem mr tranny fluid nothing else. This has been proven to be the best fluid to use in our transmissions.

First off, thank you for your service. second, thank you for purchasing amazing parts and actually using it at a track. You scared me for a second there with a trailer lol. Beautiful car man, inspiring! Going to check out the thread about a tranny cooler.

Yes you did. I was the slow guy in the white 8.

For all you who can't see it in reality it is every bit the marvel all the pictures make it out to be. Insane does begin to describe it!

It's one of the most well done Evos I have seen and there have been many. Most that look like this never see the outside of a showroom or are not driven at all. This one does and then some.

Thanks I really appreciate it. Here is the invoice with more info on it about the wheel setup. Pretty awesome if I say so myself. CCW=FTW!

And thank you for appreciating it. It is very difficult to drive this car around now. And the build is pretty much a track minded build at this point. I mean technically I could drive it on the street but it just attracts too much unwanted attention if ya know what I mean. If you have any questions about the tranny cooler setup just lmk.

Yes that is correct. However, I will be custom modifying this wing to work a bit better with my setup. I will be extending the mounts to have the wing sit higher as well as chassis mount the wing. If I do not like the result I may try a different option such as Kognition.

I thought that was you just did not know for sure. It was a lot of fun meeting you and tracking with you. Can't wait to do it again when I am back in town. And thank you so much for the kind words. It is about to get even better if you can believe that lol.
