how does ETS anodize intercoolers?

because I think it would be easier to ask on here since their guys seem very active on here. I also would like for more people to know how they do it. Just curious, and I am also curious as to how long the intercooler lasts before it gets chips in it or if it does at all

Anodize Type II
High Corrosion Resistance is just one of the benefits of Aluminum Anodizing
Type II Anodizing is an electrolytic process of producing aluminum oxide films on aluminum. It is a controlled process of aluminum oxidation. This process will make the aluminum surface much harder, keeps the surface uniform and the aluminum oxide will certainly be more dense than the occurrence of natural oxidation of aluminum.
Anodizing will make the aluminum product more wear resistant than untreated aluminum.
The added benefit to Anodizing, is it allows you to add color to your product.
