I found a seller on eBay who is listing authentic oem jdm bumpers. Obviously it comes unpainted, but it does include the tow hook cover and bumper for around $650 shipped. Has anyone dealt with this guy? That's the cheapest I've seen, just don't know if it's real or not.

That might be RussellM from MitsubishiParts.net selling those. They're out of Tacoma Washington which is close to Olympia. Try sending him a PM on here or on eBay and ask

I was thinking the same thing. IIRC last time I ordered something from Russell the transaction came up under BruceTitus
