Hey guys, the climate control panel does still light up. The fiberglass is translucent. I mask off that area before painting the panel and when the masking is removed that whole area will still allow light to pass through. I chose to go this route over drilling out the panel because it makes the part much stronger. If there where a lot of material removed from that area it could become very weak.

The fiberglass is not clear but it does allow plenty of light through. The pictures don't really show this very well but in person it lights up just fine.

Thanks,
Craig

What is the part numbers for the stereo relocation kit? Also, how hard is it to relocate the stereo in the cubby hole? What is involved?

Is this the same panel you sold to Gruppe-S? I want one of these for 60mm guages!

I don't have the part numbers but any Mitsubishi dealer can order the relocation kit, they will know the part #.

Yes, I manufacture the panels for Gruppe-S. Gruppe-s is the exclusive distributer for the gauge panel.

Thanks,
Craig
