The front speakers are 6.5 inches and a max depth of about 2.75 inches before it will hit the window when it comes down. The rear is the same size but unlimited depth because it is in the trunk!

I wanna hear how those Kenwoods sound compared to Kappa Perfects, Kicker SS, and MTX Thunder Axe components.

All speaker openings are 6.75 inches. If you use a typical 6 1/2" speaker , you will need to cut an adapter out of MDF or something similar. For the front you will need 1/4" or 1/2" thickness to gain clearance from the window when lowered.

The openings are 6 3/4 inchs. You will have to make a adaptor plate to make
6 1/2s fit. Crutchfield sells install kits to make 6 1/2s work in a lancer/evo. It comes with the adaptor plates and plug and play harnesses the plug right in to the factory speaker harness. You get the install kit for free if you order the speakers from crutchfield.
