Sounds like a good idea to me. Make them grow up alittle. Make a man out of all these little hater punks you see everywhere.

If a kiddie or punk damaged my car and I found out who it was/where they lived. I would take my trusty Glock or SIG and fill their car so full of holes it would fall apart like the Blues Brothers car after the chase in the original movie.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. That really blows. I hope you bump into one of the fools that did this one day with your tire against his head on the asphalt.. let the Evo have a little retribution..

For anyone considering taking their car out for daily driving in this intolerable world.. Two Words... Daily Beeter.. Something you could care less if marge and her 13 undisciplined trailer park inbreds can door ding, skate on, and spit and rap on any time and you can care less..

Same **** happened to me man. Only thing is it happened at home in my driveway. I live in a good neighborhood and usually park my car inside the garage. Only thing was it snowed one night and did not feel like putting her inside so i left her outside. Walked out the next mornign to go to work and saw that they smashed the driver side window and stole my dvd head unit. Insurance gave me more than enough to get her fixed. You'll get her fixed. Just learn from this. we don't live in a perfect world. For every guy that can afford to buy something nice there are about 10 that are ready to take it away from you!!

Sorry that happened, and I don't mean to sound insensitive, but the first thing I do when I buy a car is take it in and get a vibration-sensor alarm put in with extra trips in the trunk and hood. None of my cars has ever been broken into, and if some kid does break your window, the alarm will go off and you'll have potential witnesses. Best couple of hundred bucks you could ever spend.

That suck man. I would have pulled a Tony Soprano on his *** if I caught him. Break his hands and feet so he can never do it again.

There are a few key locations you should never take your new car such as movie theater, malls at nighttime, high school grounds, theme parks, pro sporting event parking lots, concerts, bars, any downtown of a major city, park and ride, airport long term parking, and Walmart especially if you like to park close.

I treat my Evo like it's an exotic. I only drive it where I am with it or can see it or shopping during the day where very few cars are in the parking lots. I use my other car for the "risky" places even though that's also a brand new car, but more low key and stock.

Yeah, it probably would have been a good idea. Theoretically, not knowing the area, there would also be a secutrity company hired by the mall that you should have filed a report with. If you know where the mall office is, you could bring a copy of the police report to them. I'm not sure what they would do, but they have insurance, and you should be able to pinch a couple out of their pockets. I'm sure if you called the theater and talked to the GM, or talk to the security officer they have, they would/should be more than happy to help you. Even if they can't do to much, they can get you in touch with mall managment. You did talk to the security officer or a manager their when you went, correct? If that doesn't get you results....

Yes, they do, however, the theater's cameras would not be the ones that cover the parking lot. You would need to talk to the mall managment/security to find out about that. The sooner, the better.

Yeah, the alarm was on order. I had the car for a week, no time to put it in yet.

The movie theater was not in a mall, it was a stand alone theater with it's own parking lot, and there were no cameras in the lot, I asked.

Well, if it was a stand alone theater and you were parked in the parking lot for the theater, then you are on theater property. this would make it their problem. Their security company would be respnsible for handling any issues. Talk to them and get stuff worked out. Contact the GM at the theater and talk to him/her. Be polite and explain the situation. Most of the GM's are cool and will try to help.
