Came across this pic on Instagram yesterday of this car with color matched bumper shutters. Surprised we haven’t seen more of this. I think it looks amazing.

Passenger side one is really to send air to the oil cooler but yes both do allow some air flow through to the brakes. Most folks who use the bumper shutters are drag folks so won't matter as much as say on a circuit/road course car.
