What tires did you have on the car?

 

255/40/17 dunlop dz102's. Rules state you need to run a 400+ treadwear tires. Some muscle cars are running 295-315 size in the rear.

 

I have seen a few on YT before. Nice *** whopping.

 

Looks like a lot of fun, wish there was a street car friendly dirt oval event around here. I've been watching for a while and never gets old, always stoked when a new one drops. Andy can drift the f^ck out of that last turn...that's cool that you are getting more comfy with the slide.
Both you and Andy have been slaughtering everyone for a while. I'm honestly surprised they haven't changed the rules or banned you altogether. I mean, I don't want them to, but you know what I mean.

Seems like it might be a pain to clean up afterward? Not necessarily painted surfaces, but undercarriage and wheelwells. Does it get pretty disgusting down there?

 

The rules were set from 2016-2021... So i'll be interested to see where the rules go after that. Apparently an evo kicked *** back in 2010, so they made an AWD class for a while, but no one else was in the class. So they went back to AWD cars running in the "v-8 class".

I purposely skip every other event to not always play spoiler and to keep the car a bit nicer.

I always find some left over clay coming out from the side skirt/rear bumpers on the second wash. Stuff gets everywhere.

 

Damn that Evo looks good at speed and coming out of that last turn on power.

Loved the fact that they thought giving the RWD cars a car length advantage, or 4 car lengths to the VW would have made a difference lol.

 

Man if only they had any clue that this is literally the biggest advantage and evo could have. It's its natural habitat
