Sup Everyone,

I have seen a few Evo's with the top 5 inches or so of their front windshild tinted. I was wondering how you all did this becuase there is dot matrix in the window all around the center where the rear view mirror is.

 

if ur shop is good they'll be able to do it nicely, also they can use high grit sand paper (wet) and shave them down so they don't make a differance. usually the concern is about them forming bubbles in the tint, if they are sanded down, you should have no problem. i did this on my car and it works fine and i no others that have done the same with great results as well. also another option is to cover the top with a black vinly banner so the tint doesn't have to go all the way up. but in any case a good shop should be able to do it over the dots fine. the choice is urs.
