Looks great. But...
I think if the mask line in front of the hood scoop was a little more like /\ (not that extreme of course but you get the idea) it would have complemented the the hood shape a little more. JMO

Still...looks cool to me though.

 

I think carbon fiber hoods are a waste of money on a car that has a very light aluminum hood stock.....remember the original thought behind a composite hood is to save weight....

On the other hand if your into the CF, it does look nice. I just dont grasp the concept though.....

 

its in style right now... thats really the only thing u get one for right now... it does help eve out the weight ratio but not as much as relocations an such.

 

$400 carbon fiber hood > to the $730 OE hood

 

How does the hood even out "weight ratio" if it doesnt weigh any less than the stock aluminum hood. If it does weigh less, Im assuming its only a few pounds. I think we are splitting hairs here.....

I agree its all about what people percieve to be as "style." I also am quite fond of this owner painting a portion of the hood, looks unique.
