has anyone tried putting this in the lower din (with the CD changer kit?)

do u think it would work downthere?

sick, I have been looking at this receiver... I have found it for like 1520 shipped, where did you find it for 1400? Do you have the rear-view camera?

i have this same unit and i love the voice command.
however i dont like that fact that its only a 2 volt output inlike my pioneer dvd6500 i sold was a 4 volt . which was much louder.

the prob with putting it in the bottom is that with the lcd up, it'll block the a/c controls. but you can control the angle so you can prevent it from hitting anything.

Yeah but your screen viewability would be angled down. There is a way to make it work. You would need to fabricate something that couldextend the mounting of the unit forward which wouldn't make it look too akward.
