Look great! How long did it take you to get them off?

the whole process took me about 16 hours due to tha fact that a screw dropped in the headlight and i had no choice but to open the headlight light and reseal it back..taking the headlight apart took about an hour with the heating and removal of the HID and the lights..to take out the bumper took about 30 minutes no biggy. The whole process is easier than it looks..It was worth every second to do the job..

Did you use a heat gun or oven to heat up the headlights?

sorry for asking such a novice question, but how exactly does one darken the lighting housing? I mean, I've heard of using ovens and heat guns, but does that mean you simply shove the lights into an oven or keep it under a heat gun?

you crack open the sealant with the heat gun or bake the sealant...

take the housing (chrome piece)

paint it

reset it and reseal it.

s'about it....

i see a lot of white ones that're "too" dark or something, but yours looks very sleek

I hope my hints helped.
The only thing I did wrong was not cleaning the inner lense really good. If you look at certain angles you can see smudges on the inside.
I'll redo when I have nothing else to do.
Looks great.
