I bought them from a local shop here in Boston, MA. Someone from the boards also told me they were able to get them from eBay. And also i found this site which sells them: http://www.autogeek.net/japaneseplate.html

Creamo3: yes those headlights are blacked out.

Thanks for all the feedbacks, I really like the tach one alot too, after i took them and brought them onto the computer i wish i snapped it as i was revving the engine up a little, but for now im satisfied.
