Looking at the Rota Grid
I have an EVO 8, running stock Brembo's - Looking at the Rota Grid
18x9.5 +20 5x114.3
18x8.5 +44 5x114.3 only options
Or they have 17x8.
What size rims and tires are you running? What did you have to do to make them fit? What power level and kind of driving do you do?

Heres a short thread on the Grids if you havent seen yet:

Looks like the +20 Grids will be OK up front, but very close to the caliper. I think the proper spec is 3mm of clearance between wheel spoke & caliper
Just know, that +20 on a 9.5" wheel is very aggressive so most guys run a stretched tire (i.e. 245). You will need to roll the rears & likely a slight pull combined w/the bumper bolt relocation

Plenty of guys here running 255/35/18 - You are right the brake clearance is going to be close. Seems like there are plenty of folks that have run the 18x 9.5 tho.
