I recently sent a wheel back to tirerack because the paint was flaking off.
I happened to be driving by their new facility in Indiana so I figured I would stop in and talk to them and get a set set of tires for my dad's Allroad.
They did not want to give me credit at first (which I respect) but, in the end I was very happy customer.
TIRERACK has always been good to me so I thought I would mention it.

Good to hear all worked out in the end. Pretty cool you were able to check out our new building as well (cant miss it when cruzing the toll road!) Give me a heads up next time your in the area

 

Very nice new facility.
I was actually trying to remember how I got to your place last time when I saw this huge building from I90.
That is a good location for UPS and FEDEX trucks to get to.

I wanted to drive on the test track.

 

Makes for a really good free billboard as well I'm sure if your this way on a weekend there will be some sort of auto-x event taking place. For a small fee the club sponsoring the event will usually let you join in. I would but I'm always working on the weekends they have the races
